Cleotis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish/Business at The University of Tennessee at Martin, Master of Arts in Teaching degree at The University of Memphis, Education Specialist degree in Administration & Supervision at Freed Hardeman University, and completed all coursework of a Doctorate degree in Higher Education & Adult Learning at Walden University. Earned Doctor of Theology in Biblical Theology , reseach interest in Liberation Theology.

Cleotis has worked in the field of education for over 24 years with experience in leadership, administration, HR, training & development, teaching, coaching, and educational technology. He has many certifications and training in helping others to succeed including Life Coaching.
